Sarah Bennett, Lexden Wood Golf Club Essex Sarah Bennett Golf has amassed over 30 yrs worldwide experience within the golf industry both a Ladies European Tour player and highly successful full time coach. Sarah Bennett has organised and delivered her Women's Golf Schools for 15 years and is one of the most experienced female Professionals with her trips highly sought after. Sarah is a Golf Monthly Top 50 UK Coach and an Honorary Member of the PGA in addition to holding the prestigious role as PGA Captain and now WPGA Chair. She has Captained the Women's PGA Team in the USA in 2023. Sarah was named PGA Woman Coach of the year for her commitment, impact and coaching delivery. Sarah coaches a range of standards from the new golfer to Elite level but never looses site of the reason we play the game. You may have seen Sarah coaching at The Open & AIG Women’s Open in the Swing Zone where a small select group of Professionals are included. PGA Aroeira – No.1
Aroeira No. 1 is the original golf course at the PGA Aroeira Golf Resort. Designed by Frank Pennink and opened in 1973, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf courses in Portugal. The course is characterized & defined by its lush pine forest setting and gently undulating terrain.

The No. 1 is an 18-hole, par 72 championship course that offers a challenging and enjoyable golfing experience for players of all skill levels. The course features narrow fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and large, undulating greens.

PGA Aroeira – No.2
The second golf course built at the PGA Aroeira Golf Resort. The course was opened in 2000, & designed by Donald Steel it complements its sister course (No. 1) and this makes up one of the oldest and most prestigious golf resorts in Portugal.

It’s renowned for its picturesque setting amidst pine trees, providing golfers with a beautiful and serene environment to enjoy their game. And one of the notable features of the Aroeira No. 2 Course is its signature par-3 holes, which are particularly memorable and provide stunning views.

In addition to the golf course, Aroeira Golf Resort offers a range of facilities for guests, including a clubhouse with dining options, a pro shop, extensive practice facilities, and locker rooms.
