Tarleton Travel was established in 1973 and that now makes us nearly 50 years old. Originally a flight operator we developed into a fully fledged tour operator and we have now specialised in the golf market for more than 12 years. Over 70% of our clients return to us year after year and a large percentage of our business is in the Ladies Golf Sector. We may dare to say that we are the largest ladies golf operator in the UK....but who can tell?

 

We hold an ATOL licence (0966), which you will note from the number is one of the earliest licenses issued in the UK. This means that your money is safe when you buy an ATOL protected air holiday or flight from Tarleton Travel.

 

Tarleton Golf  are members of IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators) which is the global trade organisation for the golf tourism industry. Established in 1997, IAGTO's membership now comprises 2059 accredited golf tour operators, golf resorts, hotels, golf courses, receptive operators, airlines, tourist boards, approved media and business partners in 89 countries including, at its core, 485 specialist golf tour operators in 61 countries.

 

During the year we hold many large events such as Festivals, Pro-Ams and competition weeks. We also major on golf tuition schools, many of which are supervised by our own PGA professional and many are organised for PGA professionals throughout the country and Europe. Tarleton Golf are proud to work alongside over 30 PGA professionals ensuring that their tuition events run smoothly and efficiently.
