The resort has excellent facilities including outdoor and indoor pools, spa, gymnasium, sauna and wonderful accommodation. The public rooms are large and well decorated and the spacious bedrooms are tastefully appointed.The surrounding gardens and pool area are beautifully laid out. There are 204 spacious and colourfully decorated rooms located over 4 floors, 97 Doubles, 88 Junior Suites, 7 Senior Suites and 12 Duplex Bungalows Each room has a balcony, air-conditioning/heating, satellite TV, mini bar, safe & fridge. The 12 duplex garden bungalows can accommodate up to 4 persons sharing with a central lounge facility. Buffet Restaurant, A la carte restaurant, English pub, large outdoor swimming pool in a magnificent terrace with bar and grill. There is a small shopping centre on the beach with restaurants, clothes stores and a supermarket.
GOLF COURSE
As you would expect from the name , the Hotel Isla Canela Golf is located in the heart of the golf course, just 300 meters from the first tee. Isla Canela Golf is a wonderful 18-hole golf course designed by Juan Catarineu and opened in 1993. Olive trees, orange trees, eucalyptus trees and native plants are the predominant vegetation along the route. It has an enviable climate that allows the practice of golf during the 12 months of the year, a perfectly maintained course, accessible to high handicaps and very challenging for bass.
In addition golf options from the hotel includes golf at Valle Guadiana Links (formerly Costa Azure) now owned by Isla Canela. Free transfers to Valle Guadiana are included.
