This 18 hole Championship Course of "Alborán Golf" is located near to the city of Almeria in a new residential and tourist complex at El Toyo. Only 15 minutes from Almeria Airport, adjacent to the sea and very close to Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Alboran offers a new and exciting venue for golfers. Designed by prestigious golf course architect Ramón Espinosa for the Almeria 2005 Mediterranean Games Alborán Golf has an 18-hole par 72 Championship course and excellent practice facilities. The Bermuda fairways are a pleasure to play and the large undulating greens can draw the 3 putt finish from you. Crisp white bunkers and a variety of types of holes make Alboran challenging and rewarding to play. At present there is only a temporary clubhouse but all other facilities such as buggies, trolleys etc are available.

Alboran is a lovely course to play with interesting holes, challenging but fair. There is fantastic view over the bay at Cabo de Gata and you will thoroughly enjoy you day at Alboran. There is a temporay clubhouse with full facilities as well as a "chirengita" bar where hot and cold snacks can be obtained.
