It incorporates a 5 star hotel, bars, restaurants, a convention centre, shops and supermarket. Asian, Mediterranean, Spanish and Rice restaurants as well as a buffet restaurant provide food to suit every taste and requirement. There are also friendly, lively and relaxing bars which enable you to share your golf experiences with your travelling companions while overlooking the course. The 5* Intercontinental Hotel has a spa, wellness centre and swimming pool Rooms overlook the lake and course. Surrounding area
20 minutes from the hotel is the ancient port of Cartagena and Murcia, famous for its baroque cathedral, narrow streets and distinctive Spanish boutiques is also nearby. Water sports enthusiasts will find La Manga del mar Menor one of the best places in the world for sailing, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, kite surfing and many other types of water sport activity. Horse riding is also available nearby

Golf
The La Torre course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that guard the holes and create a course requiring strategic thinking. It has 6 par 3's with the 11th and and 17th, a carry over water of 170 yds plus 2 par 5's, both of which are approx 500 yds. Accuracy is required for the par 4's so keep that driver in your bag! The greens are in excellent condition, undulating and quite fast/ As with all the Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by beginners but provide and more challenge for experienced players. The other two courses which can be incorpoated into our packages are within 20 minutes drive and are accessible via transfer buses from the hotel. Hacienda del Riquelme and El Valle are two fantastic courses which help make La Torre a fabulous destination. - Make sure you play El Valle - great!
