The long awaited return of the Golf Hotel in Almerimar will soon be over. Due to open on 6th July 2012 the 5* Hotel Golf Almerimar  will bring back great times to Almerimar. The hotel provides king sized beds, private terraces with views over the golf course and all of the finest facilities you would expect from a new 5* resort including the New Golf Clubhouse, a la Carte restaurant, summer terrace and Spa.

The Hotel is located just opposite the marina, one of the best yacht harbours of the Mediterranean with bars, restaurants, pubs, tapas bars and a well-stocked supermarket. Just a short drive away you will find top class commercial centres in Almerima, El Ejido and at the Grand Plaza in neighbouring Roquetas De Mar. Almerimar also offers great possibilities for participating in different sports including tennis, horse riding, yachting, fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, walking and go-karting.
Golf
The original layout was designed by Gary Player and although there have been a number of revisions to the course these have added to the challenges. Tee positions, lakes and bunkers provide the hazards on this mainly flat, walkable course for the 27 holes with their wide fairways and generous greens. Two island greens provide a memorable opportunity to make par for those who are accurate and confident -especially off the back tees The course is once more in fantastic condition making it a joy to play again.
