AR Almerimar provides all the facilities of a first class hotel. 2 different swimming pool areas, one for adults and the other one specially designed for families with children. A complete Fitness Centre with an indoor heated swimming pool, two jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, two squash courts, a modern gym and massage service. Other services provided within the hotel include: shop, hairdresser, free Wi-Fi, arranging car rental, etc. The surroundings cater for all the family mixing facilities for the children with tranquillity for the adults.
There is a buffet restaurant with show cooking, a lobby bar and also a snack restaurant. In summer there are daytime and evening entertainment programs, including disco music and professional shows.

Surroundings
The hotel is located next to the sea shore in the exclusive residential zone of Almerimar. It is 200 metres away from one of the best yacht harbours of the Mediterranean with bars, restaurants, pubs, tapas bars and a well-stocked supermarket. Just a short drive away you will find top class commercial centres in Almerima, El Ejido and at the Grand Plaza in neighbouring Roquetas De Mar. Almerimar also offers great possibilities for participating in different sports including tennis, horse riding, yachting, fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, walking and go-karting.

Golf
The original layout was designed by Gary Player and although there have been a number of revisions to the course these have added to the challenges. Tee positions, lakes and bunkers provide the hazards on this mainly flat, walkable course for the 27 holes with their wide fairways and generous greens. Two island greens provide a memorable opportunity to make par for those who are accurate and confident - especially off the back tees.
